The following room are available for rent:
- Practice room 1: approx. 18m². €190 per weekday, €135 per half weekday. Whole days available: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. Half days available: Tuesday afternoons.
- Practice room 2: approx. 12m². €170 per weekday. Available: Saturday and Sunday.
The price includes electricity, cleaning and high-speed Wi-Fi. Fixtures and furnishings of practice rooms
The practice is located on the ground floor of a newly built residential building and has barrier-free access. The rooms for rent are modern and fully equipped. Each room has Wi-Fi, its own air conditioning, heating control and its own door video system or bell/door opener.
In addition to my therapy room, which I also rent out for group training sessions, the practice has a spacious reception area, a fully equipped kitchen and a barrier-free WC.
Nearby public transport via Leyserstrasse and Hütteldorferstrasse
Out practice is located in the 14th district between Ottakring (1160) and Hietzing (1130). There are good public transport connections available: 51A bus at Leyserstrasse (approx. 3 min. walk), U3 Hütteldorfer Strasse (approx. 10 min. walk), 49 tram at Leyserstrasse (approx. 3 min. walk), S45 Breitensee (approx. 5 min. walk).
There are also good parking facilities in the vicinity of the practice (please note that a parking ticket or “Parkpickerl” is obligatory for the whole of the 14th district). An APCOA underground car park is located a couple of minutes walk away.
Nearby local infrastructure
Very good local amenities and infrastructure: supermarket (BILLA Plus), bakeries, drugstores (Bipa), Pagro, pharmacy, shops, restaurants and inns, a post office, bank and much more are all within a radius of approx. 3-10 minutes on foot.
